Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Project and Program Manager to oversee complex SOC/IP engineering projects and drive cross-functional program execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and programs.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and milestones.
- Drive schedule management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate across engineering, design, QA, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Technical Execution
- Manage and track regression systems, ensuring continuous integration and validation.
- Use scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl, etc.) to automate reports, track KPIs, and improve process efficiency.
- Analyze program data and provide insights for improving productivity and quality.
Leadership & Communication
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates.
- Facilitate team meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate strong self-drive and leadership to guide teams toward successful project outcomes.
- Influence without authority and foster strong collaboration across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid understanding of engineering processes in IP/SoC or related technical domains.
- Strong experience with regression management systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and multi-project management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and self-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
