Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Contracts Administrator to support our legal and business operations by reviewing software contracts, identifying non-standard terms, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in contract administration or legal operations within the software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze non-complex software contracts
- Identify and document non-standard terms and conditions
- Flag contracts that deviate from Clients legal and business standards
- Ensure accurate contract data entry and system alignment
- Participate in contract analysis and reporting
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, sales, and operations teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in contract administration or legal operations
- General understanding of software industry contract terms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP (preferred)
- Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately
- Additional language skills are a plus
