Container Solutions Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a Container Solutions Engineer to join a high-performing global team driving cloud-native transformation.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong technical depth in container platforms, cloud infrastructure, and automation, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the organization’s containerization strategy , aligning with industry best practices and security standards.
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable Kubernetes environments across AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Define and implement security controls, blueprints, and policies within the container ecosystem.
- Build and automate infrastructure components using Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Artifactory).
- Implement observability and reliability frameworks — including monitoring, logging, tracing, and metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and release automation.
- Share knowledge and best practices through internal technical documentation and communities of practice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional IT experience, including:
- 3+ years managing Kubernetes environments (EKS, AKS, or equivalent).
- 3+ years working with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) — mandatory requirement.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong scripting/orchestration skills and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with containerization platforms and tools (Docker, ECR, ACR, Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Proven ability to design and manage high-performing, secure, and resilient container platforms .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AWS , Azure , or container security .
- Experience managing large-scale hybrid or multi-cloud infrastructure across data centers.
- Familiarity with OpenShift , GKE , or other Kubernetes distributions.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Experience with container networking, security scanning , and image management.
- In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux administration and system internals.
